MaplePath support
MaplePath is a free, independent information tool for people immigrating to Canada: visa guides, a CRS calculator, Express Entry rounds, citizenship study, jobs, documents and more, in English and French. It is not affiliated with the Government of Canada and is not legal advice.
Questions, problems or ideas
Write to contact@maplepathimmi.ca. Say which phone you use (iPhone or Android) and which screen the problem is on. Never send your documents, passport number or other personal information by email.
Good to know
- Your data stays on your phone. There is no account and no cloud backup, so we can't recover your documents if the phone is lost or the app is removed.
- Official information changes. Each screen shows the date its information was checked against the official page. Always confirm on canada.ca before you act.
- Immigration advice. For advice on your own case, see a licensed immigration consultant (CICC), a lawyer or a Québec notary.
